Fitness workshop focuses on body conditioning with a series of kicks and box that helps to increase cardiovascular, burn off excess fats and tone the body.

PILATES

A fitness programme that focuses on the core postural muscles which help to keep the body balanced and are essential to provide support for the spine. In particular, the exercises teach awareness of breathing and alignment of the spine, strengthening the deep torso muscles.

YOGA

Yoga is a holistic form of exercise, which promotes the healthy joining of mind and body. Yoga aims to balance the energy flow within the human body. It can increase body flexibility, vitality, peace of mind, improve stress management, relieve the symptoms of several common illnesses and even fend off the ravages of old age.
